While many issues are addressed by our remote offering (Hawk iLAN), there are some activities that fall outside that service, such as:

Remote Desktop Connection support for the Business Standard Workstation
Hardware installation
Classroom training
Hardware repairs
Application deployment
Any activity that requires presence on client premises

Our standard rate for these types of activities is $125.00/hour ($3,250 for 25 hours). However, by signing and pre-paying a contract for 25 hours, HiSG will perform this same work at $75.00/hour (total $1875.00) providing the client with a 40% savings. This type of savings for Hawk iCARE is offered to clients subscribing to any of our Hawk iSOLUTIONS.
