The combination of our maintenance plan and remote capabilities will allow us to perform maintenance tasks during off hours so that your users are not interrupted during business hours.
Hawk iCARE is designed for customer projects such as new deployments, upgrades, installations, etc. This is a pre-paid block of at least 25 hours and HiSG will perform the assigned tasks as directed by the client.
Everyone that has an e-mail account has become frustrated at some point in time with the avalanche of Spam they receive. Many customers receive large amounts of unwanted and unsolicited junk mail. We have a solution!
We scan external interface(s) from the Internet to detect perimeter vulnerability. The tools we use currently contain 5,435 known vulnerabilities that will be scanned. We will perform this service on a semi-annual basis with the purchase of Hawk iLAN services.
